Remote – Can be based anywhere in the U.S.
$20-$22 per hour plus eligibility for a $500 monthly bonus based on meeting performance goals

We have experienced tremendous growth and we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter / Junior Sales Associate to add to our team.
Job Summary:
As an Appointment Setter/Junior Sales Associate at LUXVT, you will be responsible for fielding inbound inquiries and contacting potential clients, introducing them to our services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role serves as a critical stepping stone to a rewarding career in sales and offers specific opportunities for advancement and professional development within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Follow-Up and Generation: Follow-up on inbound inquiries regarding our real estate services and our certification course. Conduct research to identify potential clients within the luxury real estate industry using various sources, including online databases, social media, and industry events.
- Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels, effectively introducing LUXVT's services and assessing their interest.
- Engagement: Develop relationships with potential customers. Proactively meet with leads to understand their needs, budget, and timeline for real estate marketing services, ensuring they meet our target customer profile.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring alignment with both the client's availability and the sales team's schedule.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential clients in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Zoho Zero.
- Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide timely and relevant information about scheduled appointments, facilitating a smooth transition from lead to prospect.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and report key performance metrics, including appointment conversion rates, lead quality, and sales team feedback.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or customer service.
- At least 1 year of experience using a Customer Relations Management (CRM) software program or other sales or lead management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confident and professional phone presence.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Action oriented individual with the drive to push sales to successful closure.
- Self motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Required to have a computer, phone, and wifi strong enough to support online meetings.
- Availability to work 7:00 am to 3:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) but some flexibility is provided.
