Appointment Scheduler

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Appointment Scheduler to join our team. As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating appointments for our office(s).

Duties:
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service to patients
- Collect and update patient information, including medical records, insurance details, and contact information
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
