Compensation:
1. Hourly Rate
- Start at $12/hour
- Increase to $20/hour after completing 5 pitches
- Switches to commission only after 4 weeks of employment
2. Commission
- Uncapped commission
- The more pitches you get per pay period, the more commission you will earn for each pitch
- Potential to earn 85k+ per year
