Appointment Coordinator Manager

The Route 4 Auto Group, is looking for an Experienced, Professional Appointment Coordinator to schedule service appointments for 3 dealerships. You will coordinate and schedule appointments, assist with customer relations, assist in guest relations, and be an extension to the service management team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive experience in customer service.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
• College Degree
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel
• Great Attitude
