In this role, you will work closely with recently acquired agencies, data integration team, and various functional departments within NavSav. Your main responsibilities will include conducting agency management system data review and cleanup, facilitating accounting discovery discussions, and overseeing the deployment of service level agreements. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in managing full agency partner accounting during the transition period.

Education/Experience:
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- A background in accounting within the insurance brokerage or related industry is preferable.
- Previous experience in system data conversions, project planning, and workflow solutioning is a plus.
- Familiarity with insurance-based management systems (e.g., AMS360, Epic, Applied TAM) is highly desirable.
- A working knowledge of general ledger systems can be an asset to this role.
