Responsibilities:
- Under broad direction, is recognized as a subject matter expert and provides application expertise and detailed technical data to Business Development, Application Engineering, Training, External Customers and Operations to support product and service applications globally.
- Revises, utilize and refers users to appropriate Technical Content of Product / Services web pages on Halfword.
- Reviews content for accuracy and creates and approves revisions as needed.
- Responsible for responding to questions submitted to the Knowledge Base system and developing relevant articles to publish.
- Support Regional Applications Engineers in selecting and sizing ESP systems in challenging and new applications.
- Providing technical support to clients during ESP systems installation and commissioning when needed.
- Maintain the KPIs of Technical support for consistency of service delivery.
- Responsible for all formal communication for situations involving: Cautions and or warnings, design/product/service changes, Required Field Action, Interim procedures, and reference information using a Technology Bulletin.
- Responsible for the maintenance of Operational Manuals.
- Mentors to less experienced personnel.
- Reviews communication drafted by less experienced personnel.
- Incorporates Reliability, Health Safety & Environment (HSE), and Quality standards into job activities.
- The job role directly impacts the revenue center's viability and quality of service via personal contributions.
- Job role contributes directly to value creation.
Requirements:
- Engineering or similar discipline
- 10 years of experience in PSL Field Operations, Business Development, or Technology Development as it relates to field operations.
- Knowledge of ESP systems and relevant industry standards is essential.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are also required.
