Who we are seeking:

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator with project management experience, to be responsible for the administration, maintenance, support, and project management related to Salesforce and other integrated applications in our IT environment.

  • You have demonstrated experience in Salesforce Administration.
  • You have excellent communication skills; you can communicate technical language to non-technical users.
  • You provide top-notch customer service to your users and understand how important it is to support and guide users.
  • You possess great organizational skills and process information, solve problems, and communicate effectively with the team.
  • You have a passion for contributing to the purpose of lifting communities.

Some of your key responsibilities in this role will be:

Project Management

  • You will facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with end users to document existing and new business requirements and translate business requirements into a solution design.
  • You will conduct business process analysis to identify, implement, and recommend improvements to workflows.
  • You will lead small to medium-sized projects and serve as a team member on other projects or company initiatives.

Maintenance and support

  • You will manage the development lifecycle of the Salesforce application.
  • You will administer Salesforce third-party tools integrations.
  • You will configure Salesforce services and settings, customize Salesforce objects and workflows, run updates, manage user access, and troubleshoot issues.

Reporting, analytics, and process documentation

  • You will create or modify Salesforce native reports and review data for consistency and accuracy.
  • You will maintain and improve technical and training documentation for Salesforce.
  • You will document Salesforce configuration and architecture.
  • You will develop and write guidelines for Salesforce administration and assist with developing governance policies.

Preferred candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Salesforce administration.
  • Experience supporting end-users in a corporate environment and able to communicate technical language to non-technical users.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence solutions such as Microsoft SQL, Power BI, etc.
  • Experience with project management techniques.
  • Analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be a team player with effective interpersonal skills.
  • Effective written, and verbal communication and organizational skills.
  • Works flexibly and embraces change.

Other details:

This is a full-time exempt position, with excellent benefits and generous time off. The posting range is $85,000 – $92,000 a year. We work in a hybrid model, two days in the office (one of those days is a Tuesday), and three days at home. This position is based out of our headquarters in Brunswick, ME.
