JOB SUMMARY: Works closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions in an SAP environment. Analyzes and evaluates existing or proposed systems and devices to process data.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Other duties may be assigned as necessary.):
- Maintains system configuration for applications utilized in the organization.
- Assists in the design and development of automated workflow changes to support operations.
- Coordinates with project teams and IT development to facilitate changes to systems in accordance with project deliverables or business/operations requirements.
- Ensure unit testing of configuration is complete and support changes through the Quality Assurance and User Acceptance testing phases of the project.
- Packaging changes for production readiness acting as a data steward to ensure changes are deployed to production environment correctly.
- Document systems configuration and setup describing program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
- Writes manual for users to describe installation and operating procedures.
- Work independently with minimal guidance from Manager
- Communicate clearly and interact openly with users, peers, and product manager.
- Accept and manage changing priorities and address issues swiftly and professionally.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT related field or 4 years of relevant work experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES REQUIRED:

- Familiar with relational databases and web development concepts
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
- Basic knowledge of automated workflow preferred
- Working knowledge of Acrobat and Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word
- Transact SQL
- XML
- Microsoft Team Foundation Server
- Understanding of insurance, specifically Medicare Supplement
