Qualifications
Requirements of the position:
  • Two years previous training experience required; back office/billing training experience
    preferred
  • NextGen certification preferred
  • Two years of experience in healthcare required; Medical Assistant experience preferred
  • Ability to speak Spanish is helpful but not required
  • Ability to travel as needed throughout the state
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities
The Application Specialist Trainer will be responsible for developing training curriculum and perform
new-hire training, ongoing training, and evaluate existing staff performance to identify training
opportunities.
