Responsibilities:
Utilize industry-standard tools and methodologies to assess the resilience of our applications- Interpret results and work closely with development teams to prioritize remediation of identified issues
- Document and report findings and provide actionable recommendations for remediation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to recommend mitigation steps and strategies
- Generate comprehensive reporting on assessment results for various stakeholders, including technical and non-technical audiences
- Troubleshoot and resolve scan issues
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation relative to Application Penetration Testing (APT) and dynamic application security testing (DAST)
- Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and techniques to enhance our application security testing capabilities
- Provide guidance and recommendations to improve the overall security posture of applications
- Execute governance and oversight activities relative to application security testing policies and standards
Application Penetration Testing (APT)
In coordination with application teams and our third-party vendor, conduct thorough APT on our web and mobile applications to identify security weaknesses and potential exploits- Analyze test results to de-duplicate vulnerabilities identified in previous results
Dynamic application security testing (DAST)
In coordination with application teams and our third-party vendor, conduct thorough DAST on our web applications to identify security weaknesses and potential exploits
Desired:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- 2 plus years of experience in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or a related role
- Proven experience in APT, DAST, vulnerability management, and security assessments
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Salary Pay Range
Minimum :
72,200 USDMaximum :
