Position Title: Application Engineer

Location: Remote

Position Overview: Indev is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join one of our federal projects supporting our federal practice in the Washington DC area. The Application Engineer will play a key role in the development, deployment, and support of our cutting-edge applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the development team, project manager, QA and UX teams to design, develop, and implement custom applications according to client specifications and requirements.
• Master Unqork's codeless platform to craft efficient and groundbreaking applications through advanced configuration techniques.
• Develop and maintain application modules and workflows, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Conduct testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application-related inquiries and incidents.
• Document application processes, procedures, and configurations for knowledge sharing and future reference.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience as an Application Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role
• 1+ years of Unqork experience
• API development experience and understanding of RESTful API’s
• Experience with web development (e.g., HTML, Javascript, modern Javascript libraries) and related technologies
• Familiarity with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling concepts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients

Pay: $83,270.79 - $110,000.00 per year
