- Works with Business / Functional Analysts to understand business problems and design/develop technical solutions
- Develop technical design or system specification documentation
- Apply structured design and structured programming techniques to assigned development tasks

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Strong experience in JAVA , JavaScript, WebApi, Microsoft service / web service development, IIS, MVC, Html, CSS, Typescript
- Oracle / SQL Server Database: Write complex queries, Create / modify stored procedures, functions and views
- Experience in Angular 2 and up
- Knowledge of Delphi programming language would be a plus
- Skilled and proficient in MS Office O365 suite (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Communications Tools, etc.)
- Ability to operate with a customer-centric service approach
- Ability to establish performance-based relationships with 3rd party vendors and technology providers and versed in setting standards and measurements for IT processes
- Ability to effectively define a business case, determine return on investment, and measure achievement of the case over time
- Ability to manage and work on multiple concurrent deliverables at various stages of development and completion
- Strong collaboration and team-building skills with the ability to create consensus around decisions and mitigate conflicts among teams

Working Environment/Safety Requirements:
- Ensure necessary working environment and capabilities to effectively carry out responsibilities if working from a non-AUS location (remote work)
- Ability and willingness to handle work related issues during all hours of the day, every day of the week, understanding the responsibility of our organization's requirement for 24/7 production support
- Ability, willingness, and flexibility to travel as needed for approved work purposes in accordance with project and management schedules
Experience/Qualifications:
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience in Online Customer Experience (Business Sites, Customer Portals, B2C, B2B and/or B2B2C ecommerce business practices)
- 5+ years of experience with modern software design patterns, debugging, and refactoring
- Experience with the use of Project Management methodologies and tools
- Bachelor and/or Master's degree preferred but not required
- Be legally able to work in the United States: U.S. Citizen or Legal Resident
Optional Qualifications:
- Development experience with Hybris or SAP Cx modules, Commerce Cloud (CCV2)
- Experience on integrating various payment providers
- Experience with Microsoft DevOps
- Experience with ERP software (Oracle, SAP, other)
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems

Compensation: The salary rate for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000, depending on circumstances, including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors
