Appliance Delivery (Driver & Helpers Needed)($175-$225 Daily)

Job Description:
We seek 5-10 experienced individuals for Appliance Delivery and Installation specialist roles in our Harrisburg, ME , warehouse location. Each team comprises a driver and a helper responsible for delivering and installing appliances such as washers, dryers, refrigerators, and microwaves. AND delivering Lowe's products directly to homes.

-DRIVERS/HELPERS NEEDED

Avg Stop 10-12 stops per truck. Avg miles 150-180 per route

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a non-CDL 26ft box truck.
• Deliver and install appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, and microwaves.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the delivery and installation process.
• Manage daily routes and schedules efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Appliance Delivery and installation.
• For drivers: Ability to drive a non-CDL 26ft box truck.
• Excellent knowledge of installation procedures for various home appliances.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to use a mobile phone for navigation and communication.
• Availability to work early morning shifts (starting 6 AM), with finish times dependent on team efficiency (usually by 4-5 PM).
• Open to working 10-12 stops per day with Monday to Sunday availability.

Compensation:

• Competitive daily flat rate, paid in cash.
• Direct deposit available.
• Pay rate commensurate with experience and role (driver/helper).

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently deliver products to customers on assigned routes
- Load and unload delivery vehicles using forklifts or other equipment as necessary
- Follow delivery schedules and ensure timely deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating delivery vehicles

Skills:
- Excellent driving skills with a valid driver's license
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Experience driving vans, forklifts, tractor-trailers, or refrigerated trailers is a plus
- Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction during deliveries
- Proficiency in route driving and navigating through various locations
- Ability to operate vehicles with manual transmission if required
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and performing physical tasks as needed
