SRM Clerk Role

• Utilize the BearTracks system (logistics) on an Apple Owned Unit (AOU).
• Ability to process inbound and outbound orders.
• Ability to lift 50+lbs.
• Email responses to our customer inquiries.
• Adhere to Apple safety and workplace policies.
• Follow up with final recipients for outstanding packages.
• Monthly inventory of supplies.
• Day prior, prepare any scheduled pickups for the following day. Day of, check the

calendar for any pickups that were scheduled after hours.

• Shift is from 8:00am-5:00pm M - Fr.
• Computer skills needed, iOS is a benefit.
• Written and verbal competency needed to communicate clearly with our customer base.
• Ability to process accurate data through high volume data entry duties.
• No degree after GED needed.

The Mailroom Clerk is expected to process both inbound and outbound packages that weight up to 50+ lbs. They will receive inbound packages into our logistics database, using an Apple device (iPad, laptop, or iMac). The Clerk should be able to research and resolve any issues in identifying the final recipient for said inbound package. Once all packages have been received, they will need to be sorted into the correct staging area based off of when they are being distributed to their recipients, and what building they are being delivered to. Outbound packages will be processed through Apple Shipping, and will ship via FedEx Express. The Mailroom Clerk will be expected to communicate with Apple team members via email, to help resolve any questions or concerns that our recipients have. Email communication will also be utilized to help ensure that all recipients have been notified of pending packages. By the end of each day, all packages should be processed, and placed into their respective homes for the evening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
