Apparel Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their apparel needs
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process customer transactions using the cash register and POS system
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Ensure accurate pricing and tagging of products
- Assist with visual merchandising and product displays
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in apparel or fashion industry
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed

Skills:
- Wireless sales experience is a plus
- Supervising experience is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of budgeting principles for managing sales targets and expenses
- Employee orientation skills for training new team members
- Ability to negotiate with customers on pricing or discounts
