Apparel Team Lead

Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain inventory of apparel items
- Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked and displayed
- Assist customers in finding the right sizes and styles
- Provide excellent customer service and answer any inquiries
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Assist with visual merchandising and window displays

Experience:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling purposes
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic administrative skills for record keeping and inventory management
