Job Title: Apparel Associate

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding and selecting apparel items
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Restock merchandise and ensure proper display of products
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong training and development skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries
- Experience in recruiting and onboarding new team members is a plus
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of the apparel market and current fashion trends is desirable
- Bilingual proficiency is an asset
