-Selected candidate must be on-site for orientation/onboarding/training at their Phoenix location and will be asked to come in for all-hands/quarterly meetings as needed so they PREFER LOCAL CANDIDATES
-Equally functional and technical professional with demonstrated success in the data maintenance, configuration, and automation of Clarity PPM and a strong understanding of what kinds of solutions work best for each module
-3 modules to focus on: Project Management, Financial Management, Resource Management
-Reporting will be a large part of the role as well specifically utilizing Jaspersoft because it is already integrated with clarity PPM and Republic Services currently uses Jaspersoft as their automated reporting dashboard to communicate with stakeholders and team members
The Application Administrator is responsible for configuring and supporting applications and partnering with business application users. The Application Administrator is a point of contact and subject matter expert in all functional and operational aspects of at least one business software application, partners with the business to provide IT support for organizational initiatives or activities and leads special projects. The Application Administrator also is responsible for mentoring and assisting less experienced Application Administrators or Specialists to resolve complex problems.
PROJECT INFORMATION:
This focus of this role will be to support digital platform initiatives related to the integration of our online portal for post collections and special waste customers.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configures and supports complex software application issues experienced by end users promptly and professionally.
Serves as point of contact between IT and assigned functional business areas for routine application configuration improvement projects.
Partners to diagnose and resolve complex software application issues escalated by other members of the software application team.
Ensures that accurate and effective solutions are provided to end users and that end user support needs are met with a consistently high quality of service.
Engages appropriate IT and business resources to resolve technical issues and support business processes while updating users on progress toward resolution.
Acts as a coach and mentor for newer or less experienced team members.
Performs IT-related activities for projects to support the company priorities within the Information Technology space.
Identifies and recommends system modifications to reduce user issues.
Conduct user acceptance testing for enhancements/modifications to the platform.
Fully documents each issue and resolution using the incident tracking system.
Apprises team, peers, and management of any new support issues in a clear and timely manner.
Documents processes and procedures for training IT team and end users.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum 3 years of experience with administrating CA PPM in the Classic version and Modern User Experience
In depth knowledge of Project Management, Resource Management and Financial Management modules
Experiences with CA PPM Portlet development and configuration
Experience with gel-scripting
Designing and building Processes/Workflows in CA PPM
Good understanding of the CA PPM data model
Experiences with XML Open Gateway (XOG)
Experience writing, presenting, and enforcing end user procedures/manuals.
Excellent time management and ability to work remotely with team members across multiple time zones.
Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for delivering clear, concise solutions to complex challenges.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of Experience with Jaspersoft reports
Background in Project Management or Finance Operations
Experience with integrations and interfaces
