An Apartment Technician thoroughly cleans empty apartments to prepare them for new tenants. This involves various tasks such as:
- Dusting and wiping down all surfaces including countertops, shelves, and furniture.
- Vacuuming or sweeping and mopping all floors, including carpets and hard surfaces.
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
- Disinfecting bathrooms, including scrubbing toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.
- Cleaning kitchen appliances such as the stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher, both inside and out.
- Removing any trash or debris left behind by previous occupants.
- Checking for any maintenance issues or damages and reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
- Making sure the apartment is presentable and welcoming for the new tenant's arrival.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
