What is a Hiring Event? - Think of it like a job fair, but through one company and more personal. Job Fairs are a great way for employers to fill multiple roles quickly. Hiring Events are a human process, and we would like to meet you to see if you’re a fit!

When can I come by? - We are looking to onboard you as soon as possible! Once onboarded, we will invite you to our Partnered Hiring Event on Thursday, February 15th, 2024! Location information to be determined soon with our management partner!
In-Person Interviews - Walk-ins are welcome and encouraged the day of the event, February 15th, 2024. Interview and paperwork can be completed within 30 minutes!
What to Prepare - Please make sure you bring an updated resume (if possible) as well as two forms of ID. This allows us to complete ALL paperwork with you there to get you started immediately! You may also visit our website directly to complete the first part of our application to make the onboarding process easier!
Preferred Dress Code - Please come in business casual attire and be presentable.
Make-Ready Technician
- Make-Ready Technician main duties include turning apartments from start to finish for future, scheduled move-ins. Will also help with minor service requests around the community.
Experienced Maintenance Technician
- Experience in the Apartment Industry / Multifamily Housing Industry is a must
- Having EPA Certification is a HUGE plus!
- Complete service requests and other maintenance items around the community to ensure safety measures and quality living. HVAC and other maintenance certifications are a huge plus!
Experienced Leasing Professional
- Experience in the Apartment / Multifamily Industry is a must!
- Tour prospective residents around the community, assist with gathering rent payments, prepare lease contracts, and schedule appointments for various activities
Assistant Manager
- Supports and assists community manager in overseeing financial & operational facets, as well as duties of leasing professional

Hiring Opportunities
Short Term -- Fill in for a day, a week or an extended period for an existing employee who is on leave. You gain experience and exposure to communities and management companies.
Temporary-to-Hire -- Treat this as a "working interview". Evaluate important factors such as the company's working environment, compensation & benefit package, employee morale, and growth potential.
Direct Hire -- You have the opportunity to interview with top management companies who may not be advertising in the conventional methods. They may hire you directly to their staff, making you eligible for bonuses, benefits, and rental housing discounts.
If you are registered with another staffing agency...we pay more (at least $1 more per hour guaranteed). We are NOT just a temp agency (placing you a day here and a day there). We fill full time vacant positions. Our temp to hire is NOT 500+ hours like our competitors.
