Apartment Porter

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Apartment Porter to join our team. As an Apartment Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the exterior appearance and landscaping of our residential community, ensuring a beautiful and well-kept environment for our residents to enjoy.

Responsibilities:

- Perform regular maintenance of the property grounds

- Plant, water, and fertilize flowers, shrubs, and other landscaping elements to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property.

- Monitor and control weeds, pests, and diseases to maintain the health and vitality of the landscape.

- Clean and maintain outdoor amenities such as swimming pools, playgrounds, dog park, etc

- Assist with snow removal and ice control during winter months.

- Repair and maintain irrigation systems and outdoor lighting fixtures.

- Perform routine inspections of the property grounds to identify any maintenance or safety issues.

- Assist with seasonal projects such as planting seasonal flowers or holiday decorations.

- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.

- Light maintenance – Painting, staining, minor repairs

Requirements:

- A positive, problem-solving mindset.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Ability to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
