AGM Management is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to work as a floater between two of our affordable housing complexes in Newton and Lyon, KS.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Own and be able to use basic tools required for the job
- Lift/move up to 75 pounds
- Be able to work on feet for 8+ hours per day
- 1+ years of Apartment Maintenance experience
- Advanced carpentry skills and ability to install and maintain doors, windows, wood siding, drywall, and cabinets
- Skilled trade training certifications - HVAC, electrical, or plumbing (HVAC preferred)
- Basic HVAC experience (preferred)
- EPA, OSHA, or related industry certifications (preferred)
Core Functions:
- Make ready vacant units including painting, drywall, carpentry, and general repairs
- Perform routine repairs, including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and drywall
- Obtain bids from vendors for routine work and order materials
- Perform routine inspections
- Perform on-call emergency work (as required)

Salary Range: Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
