Job Responsibilities
- This role is for somebody who enjoys painting and has a background in minor maintenance repairs. It is primarily work orders – diagnosing issues with furnaces, changing out microwave door switches, changing out broken garbage disposals, unclogging bathroom or kitchen sinks, diagnosing issues with appliances, swapping out cartridges in bad bathroom faucets or replacing the fixture all together, etc.
- Monitoring inventory of the most used parts and supplies to ensure an adequate stock.
- Ability to manage your time wisely ensuring the quality of work is always maintained at the highest of standards.
- Removal and replacement of caulking at showers, windows, backsplashes, and floors.
Other Skills & Abilities
- Experience and knowledge of trades related to building maintenance and repair.
- Ability to communicate with residents and co-workers effectively and professionally.
