SalaryWe are looking for an experienced part-time maintenance person to work at our 21-unit apartment building in Sauk Rapids, MN - Village View Apartments. Hours will vary, depending on the need for any after-hours emergencies that arise. This position will be approximately 20 hours per week.

- Snow shoveling and plowing.
- Painting.
- Electrical.
- Plumbing.
- General Repair/Carpentry/Handyman work and maintenance in occupied units and turnover work.
- Drywall repair.
- High attention to detail.
- Must be able to cost-effectively analyze work needed and problem-solve.
- Must have great customer service and people skills as a large portion of this job will involve tenant interaction.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to start ASAP.
- Will live within 30 minutes of Sauk Rapids.
A criminal background check will be done. Must have your own tools, we do provide larger equipment and some tools for you. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds. Must be available for being on call for after-hours emergencies.
