Apartment Maintenance

Looking for an experienced Maintenance Specialist/ Handyman for 2 small apartment communities and storage facilities in Jasper, GA. Would need to live near Jasper, GA. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Plumbing

Carpentry

Minor drywall

Painting

Pressure washing

Appliance repair

Minor roofing repairs and gutter repair/cleaning

General Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. With on call schedule to be discussed.

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
