We are looking for a Spanish speaking leasing professional./ Apartment Leasing Consultants Needed .

We have a full-time leasing positions available for an amazing community here in Reno.

All candidates must have minimum of 6 months experience in Apartment Leasing or a minimum of one year customer Service and sales.

Yardi a plus.

List of job requirements.
Execute leasing activities for assigned properties
Assist in the leasing activities and resident relations
Understand and qualify all prospective residents and maintains all resident leasing files
Attend leasing conventions and other industry events
Distribute communications from the leasing office to residents or organize resident activities
Perform leasing, marketing, customer service and administrative duties

Maintain professional appearance of self and leasing office
Establish and maintain existing relationships with leasing and internal customers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate:

• Reno, NV: Relocate before starting work (Required)
