Job Description
We are currently expanding our Leasing Team in Portland and would love to speak to you about it! We're in search of a sales and customer service-driven team member that is committed to adding value to residents and passionate about what they do! This position requires computer literacy, phone etiquette, and touring apartments with future residents. Prior property management experience preferred but not required
Hours: Part time
Schedule: One day a week (subject to change depending on community)
Job Title: Leasing/Admin
Job Duties:
Duties include answering phones, filing, resident relations, vendor relations, and administrative projects.
Required skills:
· Excellent phone and in-person sales skills.
· Motivated and hard-working.
· Prior Apartment Leasing exp.
· Remarkable communication skills.
· Above average computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
· Customer service skills.
· Knowledge/Familiarity w/ Yardi/OneSite/CRM/related systems helpful
