New Apartment Community in the Biloxi area is currently looking for experienced Office Staff.
Candidate should have prior multi-family experience. Candidate should also possess the following skills and criteria:
High integrity and ethical standards
Pristine time management skills and be punctual
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and work with residents, prospects, Supervisor, other staff members, and owners.
Ability to plan, organize, and direct activities to ensure quality services
Attention to detail with a focus on thoroughness and quality
Day-to-day operations of the rental office
Market and initiate contact with new residents
Touring and processing prospects
Microsoft Office skills
Apartment Management Software (AppFolio a plus)
Knowledge of tenant-landlord laws and fair housing
Candidate will also have High School Diploma or GED equivalent, Valid Driver’s License, maintenance of a good driving record always. Dependable transportation. Willing to work Saturdays.
Compensation is based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications.
