SalaryOur organization is looking for a skilled cleaner to provide high-quality cleaning services for our apartment community. Cleaning tasks may include vacuuming, dusting, waste disposal and cleaning of restrooms and laundry rooms . A focus on cleanliness is required. We’re looking for someone with an eye for detail that can work well independently and in a team environment. To succeed in this role you should be punctual, reliable and friendly as you’ll be working in a team. You should have solid communication skills because you will communicate with many different groups such as, tenants and administrative staff.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of all common areas with in the complex
- Cleaning of office, chairs, desks, etc.
- Dust equipment, furniture, window frames, blinds and ledges.
- Vacuum floors.
- Cleaning of laundry rooms
- Cleaning of apartments to make ready for new move in
- Cleaning of appliances with in the apartment
- Cleaning of Kitchen & Bathrooms
- Replacing of light bulbs
- Adhere to safety polices and procedures when cleaning oven ranges paying special attention to safety regulations when using chemicals
- Maintains cleaning supply's
- preforms other related duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
