Job Description
- Performs general accounting support tasks in an Accounting Dept.
- Prepare statements, bills and invoices and reconcile expenses to the general ledger.
- Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents.
- Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and financial business transactions.
- Compile data, investigates discrepancies and address invoices and payment issues with vendors/customers by phone or email.
- Reconciles records within the company or external vendors.
Qualifications
- BS Accounting.
- 0-2 yrs. experience.
- Understanding of principles of finance, bookkeeping and accounting.
- Attention to details.
- Organization and prioritization skills.
- Problem solving.
- Ability to complete work on schedule.
- Customer Service oriented.
- Bilingual.
