About the AP / Associate position

We are looking for a hard-working Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Associate to join our growing team. As an AP / AR Associate, you'll be responsible for matching BOLs to Rate Confirmations, sending invoices to customers, communicating regularly with drivers and brokers to resolve any issues, and diligently following up with customers to update billing information and remit timely payments.
Responsibilities:

• Daily invoice verification, payment processing, and invoicing for our drivers and customers
  
• Daily reviewing and maintaining of AP payments and AR invoices
  
• Answer client and customer questions regarding their accounts
  
• Assist in financial reviews, audits, and generating reports
  
• Help customers and carriers resolve any payment or invoicing issues
  
• Reach out to clients and send them bill reminders to facilitate payment of invoices
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance related field preferred
  
• Excellent data entry and numerical skills, high accuracy and close attention to detail
  
• Excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
  
• Strong customer support and negotiation skills
