Form of workOur client is located right in Seymour and is a fairly large company with 160 employees strong. They are a woman owned U.S. based electronics services provider. They service a variety of industries including defense, medical, telecom, and industrial market sectors by creating both simple and complex circuit boards that go into their numerous clients products. They are currently seeking AOI Machine Operatorswho possess the dexterity and hand eye coordination to be successful within their team.
Pay:
1st Shift - $19 - $20 per hour
2nd Shift - $21 - 22 per hour

- Operate the Automated Optical Inspection Equipment (AOI) and identify defects on circuit board assemblies.
- Load the proper program, load and run boards, and log defects as appropriate.
- Responsible for working with the MIS (Aegis) software.
- Previous electronics manufacturing experience is required.
- Consistent work experience and strong tenure.
- Previous AOI experience is required.
