JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Current AHA BLS, NRP, and electronic fetal monitoring certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years full-time experience as an Antepartum RN within the last year.
- Strong ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care, as well as demonstrate critical thinking, and consistency in following established processes.
- Strong assessment skills surrounding pregnancy and labor, including high risk cases. Must be able to identify alterations in the normal labor process and intervene when necessary.
- Must show competency with electronic fetal monitoring and interpretation.
