Job Description:
Voyager partners with a variety of businesses to ensure they never miss vital phone calls. Our Operators answer all incoming calls for our clients and are an integral part of Voyager's success. Our clients rely on Voyager to provide callers with efficient, quality-driven service and expect us to deliver concise, accurate messages from their customers. A successful Operator will need the following skills:
- Be comfortable answering phone calls
- Have a polite, professional phone presence
- Type a minimum of 35 wpm
- Multitasking
- Willingness to be part of a team
- Displaying empathy
- Proficiency in navigating both computers and software
- Flexible mindset
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 per week
