We are a local Answering Service for clients all throughout the country. All of our calls are inbound. There are no outside sales calls required. Our environment is relaxed, yet the work is often fast paced. Ideal prospects can type 40 WPM, have a clear speaking voice and must be comfortable talking with customers and handling high volumes of calls with effficiency. Familiarty with Chrome browser is required.
Paid training is two weeks long. Paid 30 minute breaks for 8 hours shifts are included. Raises are considered after the 90 day probationary period has ended. Promotions are available for employees based on skill levels.
