This is a well known metal plating and surface company that specializes in a variety of plating and chemical processes. They work within the aerospace, defense, medical and semiconductor industries to name a few! They are looking to add an experienced Anodize Operatorto their team.
This is a Direct Hire, Anodize Operator role located in the Phoenix area where you be apart of a growing team with work life balance!
Anodize Operator Job Duties:
- Set up and maintain and operate various electroplate equipment
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on parts in line with specifications
- Operate plating process including anodize, chrome, nickel, cadmium, electroless nickel etc.
- Racking, masking and surface activation during the anodize process
- Pre- and post processing tasks including degreasing, cleaning, blasting, scrubbing baking and oiling
Training will be Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm
After 2 months schedule will move to 2:30pm-11pm
Anodize Operator Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience within Metal Finishing and Electroplating
- Ability to read blue prints and procedure manuals
- Math skills including add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure - common fractions/decimals
- Ability to see 20/20
- Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs
$20-$23/hr DOE
