Animal Caretaker/Assistant

Attention all animal lovers!

The Dog Lodge is hiring full and part time employees!

Job responsibilities include –

Customer service

Cleaning

Animal handling

Play group supervision

All applicants must have a great passion for dogs and feel comfortable socializing them. We are the cleanest place around; we are cleaning when we're not with our furry guests or assisting clients.

You absolutely need to be motivated, flexible, reliable, hardworking and have a positive attitude. This is a job that requires initiative. You will be on your feet for the majority of your shift and there is always something to do. It’s an ideal position for active people or individuals who like to keep busy. The bonus is that you are constantly around loving dogs that make your day joyful.

Requirements for the job offered –

Weekend and holiday hours are a must

These positions also involve physical labor

Your own vehicle or very reliable transportation

A person who can work somewhat independently without being micromanaged, someone who takes initiative to get the job done.

Payscale –

Part time employees - $11-13/hr based on experience and availability

Full Time employees -$13-16/hr based on experience and availability

Management positions also available to those will proper kennel & management experience or to those who chose to climb the ladder with their willingness to learn & grow
