Who We Are: Roverchase prides itself on our highly educated and experienced staff. Roverchase uses scientifically sound and proven protocols to care for all of the dogs in our programs. The science-based, gentle, and humane methods we use are the ones recommended by the American Veterinary Society for Animal Behavior and follow the teachings of behavioral scientist and doctorate animal behaviorists across the globe. We love to be nerdy about dogs and dog behavior.
What we are looking for: We are hiring for a multi-disciplined position of both customer care, canine training, and canine care. We are committed to providing all of our employees with a living wage. We have an established team with very little turnover. We are looking to add an additional long-term employee committed to a career in canine care and behavior. We treat both humans and animals with kindness, respect, and dignity.
We prefer prior Animal Care or human care professional experience but are willing to educate and train a new hire that exhibits our core values with a strong work history in a relatable field.
A typical day in this position involves canine care, training, and management, exceptional human care and interaction, an enormous amount of organization and sanitization standards, working well with our close-knit team, and being committed to facility provided continuing education.
Full-Time, Holidays, and Weekends are required but we are committed to providing our employees with a long-term employment position with a work/life balance.
