We employ a care team model in a collaborative, supportive environment. A typical day is 4:1 supervision, and approximately 30% of the time, the job will require performing your own anesthetic. Our practice has outstanding call ratios to promote a well-rounded anesthesia career with exceptional work-life balance!
Our group performs a wide variety of cases. A majority of our caseload is general surgery and orthopedics. We also perform spine, neuro, ENT, surg onc, vascular, EP, IR, ophtho, endoscopy, GYN, obstetrics, and thoracic cases. Cardiac is optional. Infrequently, we have pediatric patients which are screened to be healthy and appropriate for a non-pediatric hospital.
We offer a variety of practice settings, covering two large hospitals (Bethesda North Hospital, Montgomery, Ohio and Good Samaritan Hospital Cincinnati, Ohio), and multiple ambulatory surgery centers. Interested physicians will have opportunities to practice in inpatient and outpatient settings.
