- Cases – bread and butter cases for the most part; there is a pediatric surgeon there but the FT providers typically do these cases
- Must take Call
- Will look at Full-time or 2 weeks on/off
- Call Rotation – full staff would be 1:9, but right now usually 1:6
- Supervision – medical direction
- Charting - Paper
- $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
- $Competitive Rate weeknight call + Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
