Our regionally accredited University is comprised of the College of Nursing and the College of Health Professions. Our College of Nursing offers a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree program at 23 campuses and online post-licensure degree programs and certificates including RN to BSN, RN to MSN, a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with six Specialty Tracks, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP). Job Description
Anatomy & Physiology professors. Share your knowledge and experience with undergraduate BSN nursing students.
Scheduled Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday; can be any 2 days of the week. 8:30a-5p
In-person, face-to-face interaction is blended with technology (such as online discussions and online assignments) for an enhanced learning environment.
Anatomy & Physiology I-IV with Lab
Four-course sequence in which human Anatomy and Physiology are studied using a body systems approach. Emphasizes interrelationships between form and function at the gross and microscopic levels of organization.
Basic anatomical and directional terminology, muscle tissues, fundamental concepts and principles of cell biology, history and the integumentary and skeletal systems.
Fundamental concepts and principles of the muscular and nervous systems, special senses and the endocrine system.
Cardiovascular, immune and respiratory systems.
Digestive, urinary and reproductive systems.
  • Basic anatomical and directional terminology, muscle tissues, fundamental concepts and principles of cell biology, history and the integumentary and skeletal systems.
  • Fundamental concepts and principles of the muscular and nervous systems, special senses and the endocrine system.
  • Cardiovascular, immune and respiratory systems.
  • Digestive, urinary and reproductive systems.

Commitment is on a course-by-course basis.
  • Develops and provides students with an approved Adtalem Global Education syllabus that follows a template established by the local campus, and which includes the terminal course objectives.
  • Organizes, prepares, and regularly revises and update all course materials.
  • Uses appropriate technological options for online technologies and course-related software, including Websites, e-mail, and online discussions for preparing the course and making it accessible to students.
  • Models effective oral and written communications that engage the students, provide clarity, and improve student learning.
  • Sets clear expectations for the course by publishing course terminal objectives, assignment/examinations dates, and weight the distribution of various evaluation categories.
  • Ensures that the content and level of material included on exams correspond to the course terminal objectives.
  • Demonstrates consistency and fairness in the preparation and grading of exams, and provide timely feedback to students.

Qualifications
Master's Degree or higher, is required for all faculty positions.
18 graduate hours in the subject being taughtfor undergraduate teaching.
Faculty must have requisite subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills.
Faculty must also have excellent motivational and instructional skills in a diverse and non-traditional environment.
Must be able to work in a collegial manner and facilitate the efforts of diverse groups.
Must be able to provide unofficial and official transcripts from an accredited university.
Must be able to provide verification of foreign credentials.
Additional requirements driven by state licensing or accreditation considerations may apply.

Chamberlain Visiting Professor Position - Online:
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected compensation rate for this position is between $850/Earned Credit Hour to $1,950/Earned Credit Hour, depending on the candidate's education and experience.
Actual pay may be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as type of course taught; experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
