An independent contract laboratory is looking for an Analytical Chemist to perform food chemistry testing. A successful candidate must have at minimum a bachelor's degree in chemistry and 3+ years of hands-on experience in analyzing fat, salt, acidity, etc., and is familiar with wet chemistry procedures and HPLC instruments. Technical skills and working knowledge of food product samples are desired. The person must be able to work independently, have problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
