```Duties:
- Conduct chemical and physical laboratory tests to assist scientists in making qualitative and quantitative analyses of solids, liquids, and gaseous materials.
- Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures.
- Prepare chemical solutions according to standard formulas.
- Set up, adjust, and operate laboratory equipment and instruments such as microscopes, centrifuges, agitators, viscosimeters, pH meters, and spectrophotometers.
- Clean and maintain laboratory equipment and work areas to ensure proper functioning and compliance with safety standards.
- Compile and analyze test results to prepare reports summarizing findings.
- Collaborate with scientists and other personnel to develop new products or processes.
- Develop and validate new testing methods.
