Primary Purpose:

This position is part of the global Transfer Pricing function within Tapestry’s Corporate Tax team and will report to the Sr. Manager, Transfer Pricing. As a dynamic, multi-brand company with a broad geographic footprint, the global Transfer Pricing function is a small team responsible for planning, execution, compliance, audit support and special projects for a complex and evolving organization. The candidate should be familiar with US & OECD Transfer Pricing principles and their application, and familiarity with the accounting and legal aspects of intercompany relationships. The candidate must also demonstrate excellent analytical and organizational skills, and must be proactive in learning, adaptable, and communicative.

The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Transfer Pricing to...

  • Prepare in-house global Transfer Pricing compliance documentation
  • Perform benchmarking analyses for tangible property, services, IP and loan transactions
  • Participate in functional analysis interviews and other annual & ad hoc fact gathering
  • Monitor global Transfer Pricing legislative changes and related compliance obligations
  • Develop and maintain financial models to implement Tapestry’s global Transfer Pricing policies
  • Coordinate with Finance teams globally to execute, monitor and validate Transfer Pricing results
  • Research and prepare memos in support of Transfer Pricing positions
  • Support Transfer Pricing audits, other Corporate Tax projects and broader Finance initiatives

The accomplished individual will possess...

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related degree program preferred
  • 1+ years Transfer Pricing experience, or an interest in the field
  • Excellent interpersonal skill as well as oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to prioritize, adapt, and handle multiple tasks
