POSITION SUMMARY As an Analyst of marketing insights and analytics, you're the data-subject-matter expert for loyalty, consumer insights, and other campaign performance. You will use a variety of data sources to blend and join data to analyze and extract insights that will help guide leadership decisions. A typical day involves the collection, aggregation, evaluation, and presentation of marketing and customer data by using Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Report Builder, and data warehouse tools like SQL Server.

This role provides calendar recommendations for loyalty campaigns using data to provide the best message/offer for the right person at the right time and builds out said campaigns in our loyalty platform. JOB RESPONSIBILITES Collect, analyze, interpret, and report on marketing campaign performance from various channels including app, social, delivery, catering, and more to help drive decisions on future campaigns. Research customer behavior and find patterns to inform business decisions and aid in creating and executing a loyalty calendar.

Review existing and build new customer facing surveys to understand customer feedback, sentiment, and overall needs. Analyze customer sentiment through survey feedback and interpret customer needs for existing and new stores. Develop, build, measure, and optimize loyalty campaigns and segments to deepen fan loyalty behavior.

Drive loyalty strategy by regularly meeting with loyalty partners, setting goals, and reviewing performance at QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews). Use a variety of analytics tools to identify and interpret patterns/trends in complex data sets to aid in marketing sales goals. Leverage analytical methodologies (A/B Testing, trend and relational analyses, etc.) to formulate robust, actionable, and insightful recommendations for loyalty team leadership.

Contribute ongoing development, maintenance, optimization, and help ensure overall data quality with data warehouse tables/reports. Prepare BI dashboards, KPIs, and ongoing reports to support business needs and to democratize data in the company by leveraging excel, Power BI, and other tools. Support stakeholders and other departments with data needs by creating dynamic digestible analysis reports and summaries to support data communication.

Research best practices and new skills to help develop metrics/methods to collect and analyze customer data and feedback. Able to leverage SQL in these efforts. Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to 1.

Build support for strategic loyalty growth; 2. Update customer segments; 3. Define key data to support sales efforts.

Ensure that campaigns, tests, and scaled approaches have clear KPIs and establish necessary measurement processes and execution. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

3 or more years of relevant data analysis experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (or other data visualization application like Tableau). Proficient with SQL and bonus if you are familiar with Groovy.

Strong mathematical skills and understanding in analytical principles to help collect, measure, organize, and analyze data. A skilled and resourceful problem solver with a high level of attention to detail and intellectual curiosity. Strong interpersonal, organizational and time leadership skills.

The drive to take ownership of the work with the ability to adjust to changes with a positive, can-do attitude. Discipline to organize, track and follow-through on details, as well as manage multiple tasks. Strong work ethic and curiosity for growth, change and development.

Self-starter comfortable with heavy digital communication (texting, messaging, video calls etc) Strong verbal and written communication skills - you excel at simplifying complex information into actionable insights. Ability to work both independently and/or as part of a team. The ability to engage with different personalities.
