Job Summary
The Customer Reporting team is responsible for reporting accurate customer data and trends in support of the finance and accounting organization. This resource will assist with daily operation of the customer reporting team which includes (but is not limited to), communicating with business partners, investigating data integrity, and producing/disseminating (daily, weekly and monthly) reports. Additional responsibilities will include business analysis, audit, and assurance activities within the subscriber reporting team.

Core Responsibilities
- Support Comcast's daily, weekly and monthly customer reporting processes
- Execute daily audits of customer metrics and research issues as necessary
- Assist with maintenance and administration of the subscriber reporting environment
- Perform data analysis and work with key stakeholders to explain unusual report activity
- Prepare documentation and work with internal audit to ensure processes are Sarbanes Oxley compliant
- Develop working knowledge of existing reports; maintain/administer current reporting processes as needed
- Work with end user community to define new report requirements and success criteria
- Develop standard and ad hoc reports using a variety of Comcast internal systems
- Support testing and validation of new/updated reporting systems
- Assist in the design and development of analytics utilizing SQL to identify and investigate trends within customer data.
- Provide historical reporting and analysis on customer activity
- Create executive level presentations to summarize analytics findings
- Provide technical assistance in the extraction and analysis of critical and sensitive customer information
- High-level of proficiency in the advanced features of Microsoft
- Excel & PowerPoint preferred
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase, SmartView, Teradata and Oracle a plus
- Hands-on experience with database and reporting tools preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work within all levels of the organization preferred
- Familiarity with basic finance and accounting concepts preferred
- Experience working in a data warehouse environment a plus
- Experience in consulting and/or public accounting a plus
- Ability to write SQL statements to collect, analyze and report large amounts of data a plus
- Tableau Report building experience a plus
