ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
- Consistently act in accordance with Thoughtful Service Model and Company policies and procedures, department SOP’s and State and Federal Regulations.
- Directly responds and works to resolve marketing database functionality issues or challenges as assigned.
- Effectively communicate all promotions, campaigns, and standard operation procedures to all team members.
- Submit and retrieve all mailing/marketing lists, reviewing for accuracy prior to utilizing.
- Assist with the building and development of all promotions and campaigns within the player tracking system.
- Responsible for programming/testing of marketing kiosks in support of ongoing promotions.
- Responsible for general maintenance of casino and marketing database systems. Evaluates, reviews, and manages database resources and services while ensuring high levels of data quality and integrity.
- Develop, maintain and enhance marketing concepts in an effort to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of campaigns.
- Produce outlines for all promotions and special events.
- Supplies analytics on promotions to include both Pro Forma and Post Forma analysis.
- Works with mail houses on direct marketing pieces and responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs ensuring accuracy and integrity of all offers, customer lists, and customer records.
- Develops timely and accurate analytical information on an as-needed basis in support of marketing initiatives.
- Regular attendance for scheduled work is required
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
