Form of workThe Analyst, Compensation supports the development, implementation, and refinement of the organization's compensation and classification systems by conducting salary surveys and benchmarking, performing internal equity and wage analyses, participating in job evaluations, researching and reporting on compensation trends, and providing detailed recommendations that ensure legal compliance and align with the District's compensation philosophy. This position reports to the Director, Compensation & Strategic Projects.
