Overview

Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional New College Grads to join our Engineering teams across various US locations such as San Jose (CA), Hillsboro (OR), Agoura Hills (CA), Chapel Hills (NC), and Atlanta (GA). Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.

 

As an Associate Member of Technical Staff (AMTS), the candidate will be reporting to the designated Engineering Manager and is a Full-Time position. The candidate will be joining a team to work on cutting edge memory and silicon IP technology shaping the future of data centers and high-performance systems.

 

Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for the majority of our office-based roles. We encourage employees to spend an average of at least three days per week working onsite, allowing for two days of remote work.

Responsibilities
  • Knowledge of packet based protocol  
  • Expertise/ understanding in digital designs  
  • Hands on experience with complete ASIC flow is required   
  • Good knowledge of Synthesis, DFT and Timing closure requirements.   
  • Should have good exposure to the FPGA flow.   
  • Should have exposure to verification flow and concepts  
Qualifications
  • Bachelors / Masters degree in Electronics (Microelectronics specialization preferred)  
  • The position requires good written & verbal communication skills as well a strong commitment and ability to work in cross functional and globally dispersed teams

Rambus offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, equity, matching 401(k), employee stock purchase plan, comprehensive medical and dental benefits, time-off program, and gym membership.

 

The US salary range for this full-time position is $72,200 to $134,200.  Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
