Aministrative Assistant , Accounting and Purchasing Departments

Opitz Outlet Corporate Office is seeking an experienced full-time, Administrative Assistant (Accounting and Purchasing Departments)

Starting pay range: $26 - $28 per hour (based on experience)

About the position:

Responsibilities include:

• Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Purchasing departments.
• Prepare a variety of reports using Microsoft Excel
• Process vendor purchase orders, invoices and payments
• Assist in the preparation of Sales and Inventory reports

Basic Qualifications:

** MUST BE PROFICIENT IN EXCEL **

• Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
